From @plpgmiami: We’ll be discussing a section of land in Allapattah known as the GSA Lot, which will soon be slated for developed. This is our chance to ensure land in Miami is developed the RIGHT WAY – by listening to what residents want in their own neighborhood.
@allapattahcdc and @plpgmiamicoalition members surveyed hundreds of small businesses and residents of Allapattah to determine the top needs are:

📚 Community resources
🏡 Affordable housing
